Mandy Yallop

Hello beautiful beings! I’m Mandy, a Yin yoga teacher with STG Health and Wellness.

I’ve been having a relationship with yoga for over 20 years, always with the intention that “one day” I would become a yoga teacher. Those plans were put to the back burner while I raised my 2 daughters, and worked for 15 years in the Travel Industry. In 2020 “one day” became a reality and my journey has brought me here! I’m very excited to be able to share space and help others on their path. I especially enjoy helping others who may be suffering from chronic pain
and are open to the idea that movement can be a form of medicine.

When I’m not practicing yoga you can find me outdoors, hiking with my dog, sailing, fishing,
traveling or enjoying a great book.
I’m very grateful that STG has created this space for us to share and learn from each other as
we flow through this experience.

See you on the mat!

Kim Lysenko

Yoga Instructor, Mother, outgoing optimist, friend, amateur aspiring chef, bookworm.

“Yoga takes us to the present moment, the only place where life exists.”

As a yoga instructor, I strive to help beginner yogis feel comfortable in their practice, learn essential postures, and ensure a safe practice for everyone. I feel called to share the benefits I have received from yoga and meditation.

Personal Mission Statement

To create, inspire and manifest peace and relaxation through breath, movement and mindfulness. To awaken, strengthen and find joy in our bodies and to appreciate what our bodies can do. Yoga to me means energy, lightness, intention and fun!

Signature Style

Flow and Hold – A pleasing variance of standing and seated postures designed to awaken and strengthen. Suitable for all yogis with an emphasis on an individual experience while sharing with and contributing to the energy of others.
